Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility Requirements are in the Parents Information Manual.
All athletes must have a completed physical turned in before participating in any sport at Fulmore Middle School.
Students signing up for Athletics as a class must also turn in a physical. Any student signed up for Athletics without a completed physical will be moved to PE.
